How to Reserve:

  1. Submit Passport Copy:
    • Send a copy of your passport to any of the following:
      • Email: promo.ssltravel@gmail.com
      • Facebook Messenger: Supersaveleisure Ssltravel
  2. Confirmation and Billing:
    • Once we receive your clear passport copy, we will send a confirmation along with your billing statement, which includes:
      • Bank details for payment
      • Payment due dates & policies
  3. To Confirm Your Reservation:
    • A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is required to confirm your booking.
    • The balance can be paid in monthly installments or as per agreed.
  4. Payment Instructions:
    • Payments must be made only through the bank details provided in the billing statement.
    • If you choose to pay via credit card, you can use the PayPal link provided. Please note that any PayPal transaction fees will be added to your invoice.

Important Reminders:

Billing Information:
The billing is based on a minimum of 25-30 participants (pax). Once we reach 35 paying pax, the billing will be revised to reflect the new minimum of 35 pax.

Meal Plan:

    • B = Breakfast
    • L = Lunch
    • D = Dinner

Visa Requirements:

    • You will need to submit the necessary documents and appear in person for the visa application process.

Embassy Fees:
The estimated visa fee for the France Embassy . Final payment details will be provided.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

Non-Refundable Payments:
Once all bookings are finalized, payments are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to approval.

Down Payment:
The down payment is non-refundable but transferable to a new participant, provided the new participant has a valid visa and is still eligible for the trip.

Visa Fees:
Visa fees are non-refundable. Visa approval is subject to the decision of the Consul.

Changes to Bookings:
Any changes to bookings are subject to approval by the airlines and hotels. Additional charges or penalties may apply according to their policies.

Non-Payment & Trip Cancellation:
If full payment is not received by the departure date, the agency reserves the right to cancel the trip. In such cases, the client will be required to pay the full amount as outlined in the invoice.

Balance Payment & Cancellation Fees:

Cancellation 3 months before departure:60% of the total package cost is due.

Cancellation1- 2 months before departure:100% of the total package cost is due.

Transfer of Payment:
Payments can be transferred to a new participant, provided that the ticket has not yet been issued. Once the ticket is issued, additional payment may be required to cover any fare difference, and the new participant must have a valid visa.
